i dunno when, but o'donnell doen't do the buggy, plugs, etc anymore. they make fuel but i heard it's not even the same company... i used them 2 yrs ago, and when i tried them again this summer i had horrible luck. they are also lots cheaper now. it cost me a main and i stopped using them.

How many mains has your driver cost you?

That's why I was like wtf....Ive used them since I got into 1/8th scale 3 years ago....and used them in the 2 rb's, the ninja, and the precirotate I had prior to my werks I have now and its the only engine I've had that has this issue after its been broken in.

There was a bad batch that circulated for about a year. Before OD and Great planes got a chance to fix the problem, OD pretty much went out of business. There have been severe horror stories about OD plugs. Mostly dropping the coils and ruining engines. Any remaining plugs should be selling for $2 but don't take a chance. Voodoo, OS, Novarossi, Orion, Werks and lots of other companies make worry free glow plugs. In a $200-$500 engine don't cheap out on your plug.
