Most any mini-pin style tread works out there. I have found gridirons work best on the 1/10 track. On the 1/8 track, I have used Gridirons and pro-line hole shots. Soft or super soft compound both work. Its a bit loose on the 1/8 scale track so the harder compounds tend to skate around.

Lol, alternating current on site. Although, it does seem like God kicked the Air-Con on a little early this year, been pretty nice out lately.
SC = Gridrions, ST = Double-Dee's
Yes, 6 - 10p for practice.

Had a great time last night. There's a lot of internet buzz about the warm up race and the nitro challenge, so guys, let's keep it up. Fear farm is becoming one of the best facilities in the country.
It was fun to work on the 10th scale track yesterday, and the program was great. Thanks to mark for running the races last night. I just wish my steering servo hadn't have konked out
but i'd rather have done that last night than at the nitro challenge warm up.
Once again, great big thanks to the Fear Farm crew and owners for providing us with a great facility.

Were the jumps on the 1/10 track changed yesterday?

The track was groomed...i.e. Jumps fixed. Potholes fixed. I don't remember anything about jumps being changed....yesterday. Joey will be here all week, not sure what he's doing to the small track.
I heard good feedback on the conditions for both tracks last night. Hats off to the water crew, and dale for his hard work.
Good luck to all for kbrl tomorrow, looking forward to the recap (kenny always writes the best recap) and i'm really looking forward to next weekend. If you drive a short course truck and have never had a chance to check out one of joey's events, here's your chance to get a little taste.

Just wondering if the 1/10th track is open for practice today and wondering how early can people show up. I just want to practice. Not gonna be racing due to prior engagements. Thank you.
