I'll talk with the FF Crew about moving dirt on the 1/5 track. I know there are several 1/5 guys that want to help with the build. Should be super easy compared to the 1/8 track.

It would be nice cool if one of the Hobbie shops could give us a break, if we had 10 people that would buy one.

Barring any delays it looks like they should be getting to hobby shops sometime during the first week of October. I'm definitely looking forward to getting my hands on one, I hope we get enough to have some organized 4wd racing.

hmmmm ....... scte with a 4.5 system and lipios costs almost that much, and can't last 15 minutes for a main. these will go 2 rounds+ a 15 minute main on ONE TANK

seems ike a no brainer.

but, how much are tires??????????????????

Yeah but that's like comparing apples to oranges. The SCTE would smoke this 5ive T in racing. Don't get me wrong, there's something really cool about 2 stroke 1/5th scales. The size, the weight, and the way they drive is just totally different. My 5b is officially for sale if anyone's interested.

Seems like a no brainer but when you can't see your car from all the power the electric is throwing down you might reconsider.

Electric smokes gas any day only benifit to gas is the sound and smell if your into that.

well at least people wont be complaining about fuel prices..In retrospect a gallon of gas at $3.50 is super cheap! Thank God we dont have to fill our 1:1 cars with Nitro...Bus pass anyone?

You nailed it! The sound and smell is what creates an unbelievable atmosphere for events like Nitro Challenge and Nitro Cross!
