Well, i've done a 3 hour endurance race back in England, & we had 5 people to a team. By doing this we had 1 driving, 1 marshaling, 1 wrenching/preparing cars/engines/etc, 1 in the pits & 1 ready to do whatever.
But for this 2 hour race, i think it'd be better to have 4 drivers per team, as it'd be easier to rotate marshaling, & i think it'd go something like this;
1 driving, 1 marshaling, 1 ready to wrench, 1 in the pits. & you can either rotate it every 10 mins or every pit stop or 2 whichever works out that each driver gets the same amount of driving, marshalling, pitting & wrenching done. What do people think?

So you like it? Also, did u get my message? U have any of that chassis protector stuff?
i also had an idea on how to grade people teaming up with each other;
On the lap counting system u have drivers top 10 & top 5 average laps. i think it'd be a good idea to grade it from 1 to 4;
#1 having the best lap times say 35 sec to 37.5 sec
#2 lap times 37.5 sec to 40 sec
#3 lap times 40 sec to 42.5 sec
#4 lap times 42.5sec & upwards
if u grade drivers on a system like this then i think it would make for fair teams of 4. As every team has to have one of each grade.
Now what do u think about that?

Sorry guys we will be racing in Idaho for a new RM250 dirt bike and wheels and tires for my 1:1 truck.
This does sound like a ton of fun and if we were here I would be paired with Tanner. That way he can't say he beat me.
As a person who does mostly support as of late and from a team logistics side I have to believe that 3 people on a team would be minimum and 4 would be optimum. I would not expect someone to marshall or pit all that time and not get to drive. There should be a driver, someone marshalling for the team, a pit person and someone to be "on deck". You should also drive for 30 minutes straight then someone else takes over on a pit stop and everyone changes positions and so on. Or you could go every 15 minutes and swap in case there is breakage that takes awhile and one guy may miss his entire drive time.
I think 2 sportsman and 2 experts. But a team could be made up of 3 sportsman 1 expert or four sportsman.
If you have raced successfully in the expert class (top 10 finishes) you should be one of the expert drivers sponsored or not. No sandbagging.

It will be 2 man teams. It's only a 2 hour race, not 3 or 4 hour race. If you can't find someone to marshal the other race for you then you should probably only race one.
Those running the truggy race will marshal for the buggy race and vice versa.
