well i guess now is a good of time as any to take a poll for this winters tires for the stock touring class

option 1 A spec rubber tires (like cs 27 or maybe one of the new Jaco rubberz, they will b easier for dot 2 get)
option 2 foam

with option 1 we will make sticker to put on the inside of the wheels and the wheels will b marked every week wheel will b teched prior 2 the first heat (someone will b designated to tech the tires at this time so bill or jeff dont have 2 worry about this) (jeff will just check to make sure that the tires are marked after each round)

you must use the same set for bot heats and the maines and this will b checked.

this will help the competion by not only having everyone use the same motor but also the same tires (we all use the same foam compounds any way this way you won't have to worry about chuncking them)

feel free to voice ur opinion but please do it in a propper and polite manner

personally, i like option 1 better bacause i had fun running the rubber at the colliseum race and i like the fact of no more chunking. also the rubber tires are much easier to work with and maintain. even tho you have to "break" in a new set of rubbers, they are more durable and will last longer than foam tires. and compared to the price of foams, they are about the same price or cheaper for a set. plus you only need maybe 3 sets for the whole season.so i like the idea of going to rubber tires only.
