I probably missed it, but are the VX3 and RX3 ROAR approved?

So other than the looks, what kind of improvement does the VX3 offer over the old VXX?
Have a choice between the new one or a used VXX.

Redbones - I'm not exactly sure on the internals (board and design) however a few of the external features would make it a clear choice for me.
1 - Full heatsink / aluminum base. Far better heat dissipation.
2 - Actual screw holes for the fan, not screwing into the blades in the heat sink.
3 - All wires are removable/exchangable now. You will be able to buy different length switch and Rx wires as well as make your own. Never worry about trimming a wire too short again.
That last one is a fantastic feature.

Are most going to notice any of this? Probably not except the throttle feel and brakes.

EA - Can I get your thoughts on the TX vs RX3 Motors? I'm waiting to order some but understand they are designed for different uses. Currently I'm running WGT, 12th Stock and TC Stock. 10.5, 13.5 and 17.5 respectively.
Also - what do you think of the ORCA Ceramic bearings versus Avid or Acer bearings?
Cheers!

The Pretty much any of the name brand bearings are good. I use AVID bearings only in my motors when they need replacing. I dont think there is much gained by replacing a good bearing with a Ceramic bearing. But if I have a bearing go bad I put ceramics in there because they will last longer. But no sense in it until the ones in there go bad in my opinion.
Thanks

Just wanted to stop in and say thanks to EA For everything at the IIC.
My performance kind of sucked but it was not due to the fact that EA did everything possible to get me all the stuff needed to win. He went above and beyond for each and every driver on his large team and I know we all really appreciate it.
Thanks again buddy and I'm sure the next one will go better for us.
