what you need is
502302 diff cases with screws and gaskets
502117 beveled gear set with shims
502116 diff joints O rings and shims
K14122-9 30t alloy ED front pulley

you will also need counter sunk screws for the diff case to cover. the front pulley sits flush with the cover so you cant use screws that protrude.
also if you want better diff cups use the K14125 ST steel lightened diff cups, but you will need the O rings and shims in the std 502116 parts.
enjoy your G4+ i am

what diff fluids are you using.
im using 50K front and 10K rear, also good turn in and on power steering. gonna need brakes next round as we will be running anti clockwise . big fast sweeper long straight, then 60deg tight corner. solid concrete wall if you get it wrong,

hi Guys , Just wanted to pop in here and let you know the car ran well at the GLC.. I had some motor problems that were a bit hindering but in the end it was all pretty good.. I think with a bit more time on the car it can be right up there with the best of them... I wa very happy with the results and felt even better for the main event as i found some stuff that i think helped the car for the final...

I will be posting a setup on here soon..

As for the clutch stuff i must say i had no issue's at all.. All the stories i read on here scared me . But i must say the clutch was the easiest part of the whole equation.. If you have any questions for me please do not hesitate to ask.. Just give me some time to respond. I currently do not have a computer so i must travel to the library to check ...

Thanks,

Mike Blackstock

Congrats Mike, good result still with qualifying 6th behind the Xray train
Im sure you would have shined in the final but thats for another day.
Look forward to your comments and findings with the G4S/+
Hope to hear how manace went too

Patto on the diff question i found 10k rear was good but lagged out of the slow corners and I assume it was unloading the diff. I changed to 30k rear it was more planted and responsive out of the slow corners.I could also carry more mid corner and exit speed, this was my biggest improvement in dropping my lap times.
I used to use 50k in the front with good results but have changed to the spool which also at our home track has made me faster.

thanks Razzor, i plan to have 2 front diffs and 2 rear diffs ready to try things with all different fluids, see what works best for my track, but the 50K and 10K seems to work well. i basically run the car for the first time with kit setup. so ill be working to get the most out of it.
