Xray XB4 thread

There was a problem with the rear toe block being machined incorrectly. If your kit hasn't been sitting on the shelf for the past 8 months you will be OK. Xray fixed it earlier this year. If interested there is ample reading on page 444 of this thread. If by chance you have an "old" kit contact RC America and they will replace the rear toe block for free. Enjoy your car, it's awesome!

As for the rears, I did measure that a TLR rear wheel (PL, Stock, etc.) is a -1mm difference. so I do run a +.75 rear 12mm hex to get back to stock width.
Its not the acutally turn buckle itself but, shooting from the hip, make sure that you turnbuckles aren't bound up. meaning that that have some play when you "turn" them. I *believe* what happens is that when you make a turnbuckle adjustment the ball cups actually get twisted in a way that doesn't let it move so when you wreck or something happens those forces cause it to pop-off.
Ill make a quick video on my car here later and post it up.

Looking for some advise i ordered the composite rear diff bevel gear and actually received the 35t aluminium bevel gear XRA364945 and was wondering what is the point of making it aluminium, what are the advantages of it being aluminium? is it purely to save weight or is there more to it.

I don't there is any other aftermarket body offered other than the jconcepts. If anybody knows, I'd love to see what's out there.
