Might help if we knew what type of surface you ran on. Is it smooth, rough, large, small?

It's really rough with many small bumps & only one big jump.

I seemed to like a little bit harder tire up front the one time I ran a track like that. Also try leaning the rear shocks in on the tower, seems to make the rear more stable and easy to manage.

Is there anything in particular it's doing or just all around?

I thought the box setup was pretty plush. Maybe check for pressurization in the shocks ?, drop the oil weight ? Or go with less hole pistons it sounds like you don't need much pack. And this car likes a low ride height. If it's that bumpy lose the aka inserts and go blue medium jc's or open cell. Also those red foams don't fit the double dee very well imo and allow the tire to "squirm" giving a loose feel to me making those soft wide spaced knobs even skatier. Try holeshots with the supplied foams.
The only big thing Iv'e done other than shocks/tires is drop diff oils to 5/3.

I've tried increasing the ride height and it seems better.

But lighter oil and larger piston hole seems worsen the situation - bounce even more.

Just wondering if I should do the opposite thing - thicker oil, smaller piston hole, etc...

What about rebound? Does it help?

Yes! There's a dirt bike with the same graphics chillin' in the garage. After 7 race days and a full day of practice on a supercross style track, the broken part list as is follows: 1 front bumper 1 ball cup 3 wings (I crash a lot)
