The car definately has good potential... I just wound up "dialing myself out" by trying too many different things instead of just sticking with something simple and making small adjustments.
And yes, I was sent a prototype BMI chassis and upper deck to try out ... they were both 3mm and made the car MUCH more rigid over the stock material... the fit and finish were great and I have talked with Jason at great length about the pending kit for the cyclone and from the sounds of it it should be an AWESOME upgrade!

It sounds like BMI will be making a carpet chassis first. Do you know if they are planning on a asphalt version ?
Thanks.

i am working on an asphalt chassis kit now along with the carpet kit and the T2 asphalt kit.the chassis is going to be 2.25mm.the top deck is going to be a little more dainty to keep the flex in the car.the nice part of this is that the chassis itself will be a little more rigid than stock and will overpower the top deck to make it return faster while still keeping the same amount of flex overall.this will make for a more precise feel and make the car a little more predictable.i will post pics when it got one finished.
