The FGX was DOMINANT when the track was moist!! it was cool as hell watching all of the FGX eat up the DD cars but as the groove started to form the DD cars made a come back!

There is a part in the vid where you see Bremers Braun and my Renault going through the entry before the long straight, what you will see is that my car comes in hotter but his FGX has more mid corner speed but you can see that once we get out of the turn the DD car takes off and that is where FGX's lose ground. Bremers car was really fast I think he even got into the 22's.

The belt was better by a few tenths but still not good enough to handle my DD car. N, ow with that being said My FQ car and Chris Jones TRG were much quicker than everyone else by at least .5 second a full second to most. I am confident that it could hang at just about any other track but I cant beat Jones with it so i cant run it!! here are the time sheets:

here are the actual race results:
http://www.uf1houston.com/index.php?...3382#entry3382

If you look at the third race in group a my top 20 times avg in the 21's, and only 2 tenths off of my fastest time. Jones' avg is faster than the 22.7 i pulled off in my FGX (which i could have probably got it a little quicker but due to the rain, there was no time to tune much) So If i want to win whatever car i drive has to be VERY fast! I cant get another second out of the FGX im already full throttle through most of the track, it just lacks the acceleration by design. So it will now become my mod car on foams! Before i convert it though i am going to see how much boost it takes to get the times equal just for kicks!

They're just some old pair of aluminum TC servo mounts that I had laying around. They almost look like early tamiya before everything was blue like possibly a TB EVO II . Im pretty sure thats where they came from.
