We can just put you up in one of the those scissors lifts and that way if you beat us, then we don't have to bring you down. How is the physique holding out? Probably tough to maintain in your situation.

funny you say that...there are guys that do that at times when it's break time or lunch...hit the kill switch or turn the key, that's all it takes

the physique is doing ok...it is hard when I can't walk much...I dropped almost 70 now...PT and my brace should help some...I walked more in the past three days than the past month...time for a new wedding band, sucker just falls off and can't be adjusted

That's good to hear on dropping the 70, I would have thought the opposite, so you must be eating pretty healthy.

I went from drinking all sugar drinks to water and not eating after 6 pm

I'd like to thank everyone for coming out yesterday. The track is in great shape, Today should be great as well, Friday and Saturday aren't looking so good. Stay tunned.

I worked on mine yesterday for 4 hours and went together pretty well so far...a little reaming and a little shimming...the diffs were a little tough to get smooth even with the info on the internet, maybe just a little breakin time!
