looks like the cat is out of the bag, appears to be a car on display at IIC.
The proto we have been playing with has been very impressive so far, was perfect to build, responds well to changes, and generates much more traction and corner speed in mod than the old car.
I believe from the feedback received there have been some further changes, so only good things ahead.
For those transferring from the Photon, all plastics and drivetrain are common, so all the spares can carry accross.
Toe blocks are the same as the old Scythe, and the Sabre (again less parts needed, and proven pieces)
All good things for TOP over the next year or 2.

As to chassis, what are you starting with? I'm assuming the 6 cell chassis? I ran the Lipo chassis first, then the Exotek chassis. Neither was at a disadvantage to anything else out there.

Depends on your surface, but the setup that Hanulec posted is awesome for 17.5 RCGT on soda prepped asphalt. I found that to make it work overall, the HPI pro compound X tires worked best.

I really like the car in every direction except for one: why those inner hingpin clamps? I loved the ''old'' system for it's easy and fast adjustment and had never problems with incorrect settings between left/right. Ok this will lower COG but if you want to adjust you have to buy new clamps and I think it will be a struggle to get the clamp in. All other parts are looking perfect though.
