Yep...you will find a few posts on rear and front pullys from the TA05 if you take a look at old posts from the last 2 months...

Hey guys can you suggest what final drive ratio for the 415 is advisable for a 23T stock motor? Or better yet, what pinion to use? My spur is the stock one(102T). I previously used a brushless motor on my 415, and I'm joining a national race here at our place w/c requires brushed stock motors only. Really need help guys. Thanks

depend on what motor you will use, is that motor has a lot of torque or RPM and your track type...from my experience you can start from 6.2 to about 6.7

Ya I run 6.3 6.4 for my monster and it does not get overly hot. Just feel it throughout the run.

*40* pinion Trinity Purples all around and -F- brushes. This will be as fast as a 19 turn.

try ebay or the buying/selling thread but i don't think the word 'cheap' suits tamiya cars very well.

I have raced there once, try 6.0 for starters but I ended up gearing 5.8 using a T-Maxx LR 23T Motor.

We found using the 100T spur is the ideal gear for our RCS track in Thailand combined with the TAMIYA 23T motors.

RCS track, picture below.

What is the purpose of the TA05 pulley conversion? To change the internal ratio?

The white pullies change the internal ratio and the mid changes a little weight. Good if you running mod. If you run stock, just stick with the stock black pullies(IMO)
