I'd be pretty upset if it seemed like everyone around me had the cure and I didn't. Especially if others companys had the cure for months, but I waited on one company because it seemed like their cure was around the corner. Now knowing what I know now, I would have went with another company and bought their cure and just used their cure for a month or so then sold their cure and went back to the original company when their cure was ready. Now I have waited so long and the company I have been with originally seems like it is going to be ready any day now and I would hate to buy the other companys cure only to use it for a day.
It is just frustrating.
I still have my tekin(s) and I am still waiting. I just sound a little grumpy about it.

So I run asphalt rubber tire sedan and here's the situation...
T1FK04, RS ESC, IP 30 5000, Trinity Duo 17.5, FDR 4.17-3.91
The track layout is was changed so the LH side is essentially a straight at 60 ft, followed by a 120 ft straight. Previous week with just 120 ft straight (and ambient temp of 70 and overcast) motor temps were 165 with 3.99 FDR. This week with same FDR (Sunny 80 deg) with new layout temp is 185! Gear down two teeth to 4.17 = same temp. Lap times stay same ~14.8 fast lap and no drop off. So maybe gear up? so I try 3.91 FDR b/c the car feels like it's topping out just after getting on the main straight... =14.5 fast lap and car is not feeling like it tops out as early, also no big drop off in lap times. Only problem is motor temp is now 225!
Timing is nothing on motor and 30 boost. I'm thinking I will leave the FDR where it's at and drop boost to try to reduce heat. Correct?
I'm using the 199 software... I think.

Nobody has 200 yet, sorry.
I'm letting the rest of the "testers" get me their info prior to release. I've already stated that we have to make the software right.
It's easy to just throw something out there,but if it's wrong or there is a glitch it's exponentially harder go get it back!
It's like carpentry: Measure twice, cut once.
I'm taking emails now and adding them to a list. Anyone that has contacted me thus far is on the list and you will all get it at the same time, literally.

I have 2 KO that I ran and since I switched I haven't looked back. They are now just collecting dust.

The RX8 will not be affected by this new software. In offroad the turbo function is almost hillarious in spec classes. 17.5 for example is almost like having a 2 speed tranny!
