Something not seen quite often... aluminum spur/sprocket(brand unknown) combined with the Eagle Racing (ultra thin) counter gear...

You're so cruel, making me drool

That 03F looks cool but it must be very heavy... I wish I can still find an )3 TRF here in manila, Mine's a DJ shortened to something close to an M04L in wheelbase... runs great in stock but tractions rolls at higher speeds

Very nice looking 03's. I will get some pics of mine on here tommorrow night if I can. I just finished putting on my Tamiya FRP chassis on my 03R-S. I keep mine legal for TCS racing so I have only Factory Tamiya parts on mine.

Default Is TA03F still competitve in TCS?

Hi:

I just took out the TA03F from the storage, and I am planning either to sell it or to race it in TCS. I'l like to know which class GT1, GT2, GT3 will the TA03F be most competitive. I found that the gears were very noisy and therefore inefficient the last time I raced the TA03F. Why TCS allows TA03 to compete with TB evo 3 in GT1?

We had a guy win the Gt3 class with one this year. Go figure with all that drag he still one. Car was working perfectly and he ran a clean run. I think he geared it with the metric .04 64 pitch gears and ran I think he said a 36 tooth pinion.

I ran mine up until last year in GT2 and never finished less than 6th in the A and 2 of the three times I ran it in that class I led alot of the race but had some traffic problems and finished 2nd and 5th.

I now use the TB-02 in GT2 and won the last two TCS races in our area this year.

I'm a fan of the O3 and will always keep mine. I did run GT1 a few years ago with the David Jun version and TQ'ed and won mod so depending on your track and setup it is still possible to win in any of the classes.

I have seen a TA03 with twin motor configuration. I'd like to modifiy my TA03 to use two motors. What parts do I need and does anyone have a diagram of the twin motor TA03? How does a ESC control two motors?

Anyways, some sweet cars I've seen in the older posts and I'll put up pics of my TA03F later. For the meantime here's a pic
of my newly acquired TA03R.
