I've only had a few weekends with it and I really like it. I am on average 25 sec faster (over 6 min) than I was with my 4.2 and I am just starting to play with setups. Can't say how that is going to translate over the long haul, but so far so good.
I don't have the quantity of competition that you guys out west have, but I am lucky to have a couple of guys who are blazing fast to set the pace and race against. Just wish I could get more practice in.... that's what is killing me now.

The rear fit ok, but couple of guys showed that they are about 2mm narrower. 4mm narrower overall is a big change. I personally switched over to KY rims.
What I suggest is use what rears you have but stock up on KY rims and start mounting all your new stuff on them. I would change fronts right away so you dont have to space out the hex.
Speaking of which, I have about 22 pairs of mounted tires that I need to sell now :P

Awesome. I can't say anything bad about the way the AE drove. I just had a man crush on the RB6 from the first time I saw one

(a while back) kdub of Avid said they are working on new hexes for the Rb6 to work better with the Avid rims.

The front fit if you either chamfer the hex or space the hex out. Otherwise they hit the steering knuckle.

I run borrego rims.

Tried some JC mono rears and the rim is loose when mounted. Definately need serrated nuts. If you insert some Tamiya wheel spacers (comes in 0.5 and 1mm) to correct the offset there's not enough thread for the serrated nut. Stay with K rims.

Peopel are basically saying that different companies dont have the exact same offset as the K wheels. Which means, they probably were not consistent on the b4 either. They are also talking about the B4 JC wheels. Not the JC tlr22 wheels which are slightly different. I doubt most will be able to feel the different though.

I am actually waiting for a SC truck based on the RB6 platform. Does anybody know something about it?
Im not thrilled about SC, but is the most popular class at my local track. There are somedays that there is not one buggy running but mine.

Some killer video of our local team driver running some smoking fast laps with his RB6 at Tacoma RC Raceway. I also put together his setup sheet along with close up photos, available here. I got a chance to drive it.. super dialed.
