where are you going to be running? i tested mine at critters on the high bite and the buggy ran better with avid chasis. the low CG makes a huge difference

Been out of the loop for a while. Just did a search for direct fit aluminum shock caps with bleeder screw. Still no manufacturers producing these for the D413 yet ?

serpent caps for their 1/10th scale buggies with standoff work, but it isn't a needed upgrade unless you plan on wrecking a ton. The stock setup is very decent and very usable until hotbodies comes up with something else.

I'll tell you this I'm currently running a Schumacher K1 and I'm going to switch to the d413 because of the fact that the parts are much cheaper than Kyosho and Xray we can all find something to complain about with every vehicle but when you like at replacement cost theres a clear winner here... looking forward too joining the family keep up the good work...

Ok, I have the VRP pistons loaded into the shocks. The valve design seems pretty cool. At least on the bench, I can see a quicker recovery. For some reason, the quicker rebound seems more pronounced on the rear shocks. The front ones seems pretty much the same. The bench is one thing, let's see how they do on the track. I'll get to try them out on Sunday.

Anything on the camber and toe settings? With the loose front it seems to never drop and land at the same number twice....do you take the slop out of one side manually and then adjust or what method is more consistent

I run the lunsford, they don't have them in a kit but you can get 1064, 1065, 1068

Default Hex pins

I tried looking but with 400+ pages its hard to find.

Anyway, has anyone had issues with the hex pins dropping out? Frustrating that they just drop out and are not able be secured into the hex/shaft?

You don't have to look much further than the first post. Here is the quote that is posted there.

Some guys are also putting shoe goo on the pins as well. I put some on mine but haven't ran it.

I'm running Ty's Reed race setup right now, and it's good. A bit twitchy if anything. I'm running no front sway bar now. What is the effect if I add the front sway bar?
