What motor? What turn is it? What ESC...Where is your battery placed? What setup is on the car?
Any binding on the rear suspension? What servo? are your EPA's set?

This is assuming you have the correct tires and driving in a similar manner to other drivers on your track that aren't having issues.

He should be having NO issues with traction with slicks at SCVRC. Something must be wrong. I don't have my DE done yet, but I drove someone elses and it was fine. no issues. Eric even has a CE, and he doesn t seem to have issues

sounds to me.. you getting too much throttle in the corner.. or esc is putting too much to the wheels too early in throttle pull..
but also..
i think right height is a little high.. you should be around 18 or 19..
are you running any kind of boost.. or anything on the ESC.. also.. your radio.. try readjusting your high and low points.. and such on the radio..
on my radio.. i use a negative throttle curve.. for getting on the gas hard.. you could also try current limit.. I dont know much about that speedo..
what about your slipper.. is it set correctly.. if its not correct or locked.. then you could have issues as well..
here is what i would do if i was in the pit with you.. to look over everthing.. no binding.. mark your diff rings.. to see if they are slipping.. make sure you dont have a broken diff bolt or diff nut.
#2, reset your model on the radio..
#3, reset your esc to factory settings
#4, recalibrate your ESC to the radio
#5, reset your steering trims.. and EPA so its not too far..
#6, put the rear end back to stock pills.. and stock setup
#7, loosen up your slipper just to make sure it slips before the diff slips also.. so it slips on the track.. then have a buddy tighten it up a little at a time on the track while your driving it..
but also..

Zero anti squat is very interesting, why are you running zero?
What springs?
What rear toe?
Is your slipper set correctly?
