Kevin: Hey man, glad to see that you survived the trip home from Snowbirds.

Question for you: Do you have metal/alum. AE hexs for your car? If so, which ones did you get?

I am looking to replace the composite AE ones with something a little stronger and truer.

Later,
Rich

RichO.....is this Richard Orr???
Yeah I was surprized that I made it home after the way I was packed into Busse's honda for the ride to the Airport.

I use the Yokomo Clamping hexes for the TC3....they are sweet.

Send me an email so we can stay in touch.... [email protected]

Maybe you can make it up to the ROAR nats in march.....

LOSA3280 HD (Long) Drive Belt Kit (XXX-S)

LOSA3281 Long (777mm) Drive Belt – Black (XXX-S)

First is the whole kit, 2nd is just the belt.

Kevin: Yes indeed....

Did you have to modify them at all or bolt them on and away you go? Definitely going to order some.

AE makes their own clamping hexes now that work great on the xxxs with no mods. I just put some on the new car I built for the snowbirds and they fit perfect.

The Yokomo ones are a direct fit.....I also use TC3 stub axles on my car as the threaded part is a little longer then the stock XXXS ones so the wheel nut goes on further when using the TC3 style hexes.

It looks like that chassis took a trip to Aqua Designs for some TLC. Looks nice.
