My mi2 was hooked up for the few runs I made with the rear hooked tight. now I have to get a belt!
could someone give me the demetions of the two belts and see if I could mach them up with something else I thank I know the rear belt. but didnt want to count the front belt or take it off the car.

Thanks, Dave. Just lurking about, reading up on the new car. See you at the track.
Good luck at the 'Birds. To quote your oh-so-favorite phrase, "GIT-R-DONE!"

Shock rebound
I have just rebuilt my TRF shocks (how easy are they to do )
I filled the shocks with oil (35w schuey oil) to the top of the housing so there was no air in the shock, but although the shock feels very smooth I get full rebound from the shaft (shaft extends to it's full extension).
Is that wrong and if so Why?
What will it cause/
Also my front two shocks had a red damper rubber between the top of the bladder and the housing, but the rear did not, should I have put it back and why.
The shocks came on the car when i purchased it second hand, so it's the first time I have had them apart, so i'm not sure what normal should be.

Ratter, re-bound can be adjusted depending on where the shaft is when you put the top bladder on. If you want less re-bound, push the shaft into the body a little before putting the bladder on and bleeding the excess oil out.
The pink foam increases rebound. Personally i don't use it in any of them.
