I'm using an RW 78 tooth, with a PRS 51 tooth pinion (1.75 inch tires), for a rollout of 3.6 inches! (1/12 17.5 carpet on-road )

I've been running a 76 but thinking of trying a 78 also.

Post Rollout chart

It's been a while since I posted this rollout spreadsheet, Excel format in a zip file. Just change the number of teeth for the spur in cell R1, and any desired starting pinion in cell A5. Print it in landcape mode, and it will fit on one page. The top table is rollout in mm, bottom table is rollout in inches. Both tables give the tire size in both mm and inches, so it is easy to find a rollout no matter if someone gives you the mesaurements in metric or english units. Currently, tire sizes range from 1.65 - 1.90 inches (42.0 - 48.25 mm) and pinions range from 31 - 52 teeth. This results in rollouts from 2.06 - 3.98 inches (52.4 - 101.1 mm).

I just downloaded it, unzipped it with WinRAR, and it loads OK for me. I'm running WinXP Home, MS Excel 2002, WinRAR 3.30.

What OS and App versions are you running?

I tried it as well and Excel won't open it. Unzipped using Vista and had to add the ".xls" file extension. Using Excel 2003. Thanks for the help.

Vista is a problem by itself. Do you know what Vista means in my language? It's Chicken! Seriously..
