I like it, great looking driver!
I use to race 1/12 electric back when ROAR required all cars to have a driver figure, the good old days I had one taped to my servo of my chassis which position wise was correct for most Group C, prototype and Can Am cars. For sedans I made an plated interior, but I like your solution.

One thing this thread has always seemed to have is passion, which I think is a good thing. I think it shows how much people care about the class and want it to be around for a long time. However, I can't believe someone made a cooking show reference in an R/C car thread ...but I did know what show they were talking about.
As far as USVTA racing, I was part of a great qualifying heat on Friday night. Had a chance to get TQ but made too many mistakes. Ended up in a 3-way battle for 1st with the cars less than a second from each other. Even though I finished 3rd, I had a big smile on my face.

I know that a few of you VTA fans have an interest in the full size TransAm Series of old - the series that inspired this 1/10th scale class. I stumbled on this article today and found it pretty interesting. I thought I knew a bit about some of the more obscure body styles used back in the day - but this one was all new to me, and kinda blew me away.

i forgot the sarcasm font, so you'll have to take my work that i'm being that way

that can't be possible, Pete - Novak stuff is inferior compared to what's spec'ed for ROAR that's why so many people are trying to lobby for open motors in USVTA - because the novak stuff isn't near as good as the other brands
