I will test back to back. If you say the front will aid with more mid corner speed Ed, then thats where I will start as it where I'm lacking with my 16.

Maybe im just not sensitive to this but i didnt notice any difference with the lower screws and i usually run all of them. Not sure how the flex is supposed to work when your still running 4 screws across the layshaft. Taking the top ones out however i felt. Though i dont like flex. I often get hit by snappy double steer and i dont like it...

What's the rest of your setup? Might be able to suggest things to help

Id run no layshaft screws, but try that center post from the motor mount up.

Im talking aboutthe screws under the layshaft and motor mount. Ido run the top screws but i usually run hard aluminum chassis with all screws on carpet.
Outdoors ill unhook the top of the layshaft and shim the topdeck up but for how flexible the cf is ive gone back to at least the forward screws in. We race on sugar outdoors so traction doesnt seem an issue.
I run mostly the kit setup and tune with droopoften. It seems a lot of the rollcenter ahimming and widths doesnt venture far from kit when im looking through setups.
Im not an authority on car setup lol. Mostof my seniors hate my car..

The adjustable plate on the 16 made it redundant.

Bruno used the option motor mount at IIC. It is not a yokomo style mount.

We think yes since Bruno put it on his setup sheet. I've never seen it marked on any sheet before.

Sounds like there have been various 'Option' motor mounts depending on which version of the car it's been on.

Yea, I believe at one point all of it has been tested.
