Thanks, the black was my first choice, but I'm not ready to order just yet since I have 4 more months till I'll be able to use it.
When the time comes I hope they still have black kits available, if I'm not mistaken they are limited to 100 kits.
Hopefully they're still in stock when it's time

Will there be a kit, not special edition, that'll have some of or all of those parts in the kit?

I don't think there will be a new model right now, Capricorn is releasing the TE02, which my driver Michael Johnsen has been testing for months now and it's really good :-))), they are also releasing the C801 in electric. Also the present design of the C02 and with the new parts are in my opinion currently the best car on the market.

I don't think they will release a black edition spec'd kit with red aluminum.

Don't know yet what they are planning for the 2014 season.

If you really want a red one you can do two things:

-Ask Capricorn if they are willing to change out the black parts for red ones
-Buy the black edition and have it anodized red

Thomas I built the black edition last month
It comes with all the hop ups new diff's and the hard parts the quality of the build went together perfectly the big bore shocks are sweet I think that will be one of the major differences in handling

Got the new Cap dampers yesterday, really sweet :-). Normal size dampers version 2... Made for the C801 and C02... For the C02 they are used on low grip tracks instead of the Big Bore dampers....

Hi,

I run the Xray front wide bumper (without foam in between) and use the TE01/2 alu stays between bumper and upper bumper plate.

My opinion it works really good that way ...
