Litemodz and I think you need a Yokomo pulley since it has a 3 bolt mount to TOP's 4 bolt mount.

I'm running all the top aluminum option parts(tie rods, Pivot balls & arm mounts) as well as lundsford screws w/ SXX Stock spec, rev tech pack bat weights in at 1330 w/ no lead. have only ever broke 1 tie rod (and it was a hard hit on carpet) since September.

Anyone know if Yokomo shafts/CV's will work in the Photon ok?, I really need to dump the stock alloy front and rears (all that came in my kit) and switch to steel, Yoko ones are like half the price of the Top from where I'm buying...

The axles are the same from stock to steel, so you really only need the bone, amain sells the bone itself for $8.50 each, that's more than reasonable and they last a long time. If you are running a spool though, you will really want to go the ECS route, pricey but worth it...

would it be too much to ask for someone to weight one of the aluminum pivot balls?

Why is everyone so keen on making there car lighter? The car is already to light and you have to add weight. The parts your replacing are so light to begin with i doubt you will feel any difference in performance.

If your looking at going faster work on setup and driving skills, making your car lighter is not going to help.

Its about a 4 aluminum to 1 steel ratio. I did weigh the 2 but I don't remember the exact weight

unless your a drug dealer it is hard to have a scale to weight just one of those balls. when i finally do up a whole car w/ aluminum balls i'll pull out 26 steel balls and weight them against 26 aluminum balls.

nope I have that scale from back in my oval days and more recently when I thought a 4 scales would be better then a tweak station.
