this was random, but if you want to know i accually use the Odonnells 97t in just about every engine i have, even in my vspec. I have great results with them and i can get them for 5 bucks a piece. Cant beat that
If the engine has the black coated block like the plus4 it is the newer version , someone could have old stock and sell you an older version which isn't exactly a pos engine

Thanks. Correct if I am wrong but the P5 before this one used a standard plug and the 2010 edition uses a turbo plug. So the plug type depicts the newer model as well right.

Not necessarily , the later models had p5xl and p5xlt . More than likely if you purchase a p5xlt from a place that moves a few you will get a newer model . Where did you plan on purchasing one from?
