something I made up whilst I waited for the BMI DB1041 Connected Chassis Side Wings to arrive in the UK.

Hand crafted a detachable Quick Tune Brace in 3mm carbon. All I needed to do is use 2 longer button head screws to fit it, swapping back to the shorter button head screws when you remove it. Without the cross brace/DB1041 the chassis has a little flex in it when you use the O ring to hold the cells in place.

Good looking car.

You may want to trim those body posts down though before someone gets hurt.

Well I seem to have finally undone whatever I did to mess my car up Finally it was back to a good handling car until the body started getting caught up in the tires. I've still got a bit more on-power push and off-power oversteer then I would like. If I could get rid of some of the on power push then cutting my dual rate down will get rid off the off-power oversteer. The car is real good right now if I calm down and drive it. Unfortunately the race got rained out and I only got 1 qualifier in to see how the car was working. Next qualifier I was going to cut down dual rate a bit but bump up steering exponential to try and get where I want it...maybe I should play some with caster? Xtant's BMI was looking really good today.
