RB6
I appreciate that, thank you.
As far as the new Lazer, it is the next release and I expect it to be here early July from what I hear. Once it comes out, Kyosho will have the best arsenal/fleet out there.

"The RB6 is the current World Champion Buggy. There is no need for an updated buggy"
Exactly why I found it odd to hear that a new WC car was coming out.
I appreciate the input! I'm sold on the RB6 and Kyosho. Especially coming from a frustrating fleet of Durango's, that no one in my area drives nor carries parts for.
Be well.

Kyosho is unlike other companies that release cars every year or two. The RB6 is the current World Champion Buggy. There is no need for an updated buggy except for including the aluminum steering rack like the RT6 and SC6.

So does everyone still have problems with the bushings having a little bit of play in the one piece shock caps? I remember hearing about some guys having that complaint about them. Thinking of upgrading to them on my Rb5 and just want to make sure they're worth the money.
What's everyone's opinion on rear vs mid motor? When I first got my buggy I ran it a couple times in rear motor and had great results but never felt theat it handled well I always had a push. Now I have switched to mid I feel the car handles a lot better no push almost to much steering but my results with the car have been a lot worse it's weird

Rear will be easier for most to drive on most racks
Mid requires a slightly different driving style than rear
Mid usually carries more corner speed, but doesn't always like a loose track.
If you had a front push with the RM setup, you can tune that push out. Might take time to get it dialed in. I always played with the rear toe in settings and front tire tread/compound to get the feel I wanted.
MM for me was about .5 sec. faster to 1 sec. faster than the RM, but did take a bit of getting used to. MM seems to reward a more smoother driving style, whereas a RM can be more of a point and shoot.
To me it's more of a preference thing. Almost like Ford vs. Chevy.

Great video Jason I enjoyed it and some good info for people thinking of swapping
Nice vid
About pistons, how whould you rate the 3-holes Kyosho pistons?
From less pack to more pack:
5-holes - 4-holes - ?3-holes? - 2-holes
Is that right?

in general yes.....but pack is hard to predict because its directly related to the velocity of the shock fluid......
Jason is there an update video on the rb6 the only one I've seen is like the first run with it ?
Thnx Jason , the track looks awesome . I'm surprised you and your friend are not running mm that track looks almost perfect for them , thx

First time RB6 hit the track I was on par with the DEX (after months of tuning). I was impressed so much, I bought the SC6. Same result. For now I believe Kyosho has the best out there for me… although the $$$ are hard to swallow.
