There's no pics though...the only pics I see for the last several pages are of a 1/10th scale.

Here is a video of our last club meeting.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HUgNcn2C6Vs

My Blur is the Yellow shell without the black stripe down the top. I held on to first place for quite a while but ran out of horse power against my mates 2s 17.5 (I'm running 1s 10.5)
The car is awesome but was running on badly worn tyres and sadly lilac spec tyres are now out of stock across the UK

Your 1/12 is on the way, should have it late this week or early next week

It depends on where you run the battery. If you run the pack up the middle than the electronics are mounted on either side of the battery. If you run the battery across the back of the chassis, you mount the electronics in front of the battery pack. I think that you will find that there is plenty of room for electronics. The holes provide a good balance of weight savings as well as rigidity in the chassis plate. I'll get one of my team guys to post an "as-run" picture of their cars ASAP.

This is my car as raced at snowbirds. I didn't do as well as I had hoped but I got the car the week before and only had about 6 packs on it before snowbirds started.

To run the pack up the center, you would have to offset it to one side slightly just to balance the car correctly without adding a bunch of lead. I thought about it but wanted to go with something more traditional to get the car up to speed faster.
