I ran at a large 1/8th scale track for 13.5 a while back. Believe I ran 55/96, but you won't be able to fit much bigger pinion on the car without going to a smaller spur.
Lee Speed makes a ton of different size spurs. Think they go down to 80T in 64P...

Hi guys , I've been out of the hobby for about 4 years and now getting the itch again lol lol just got myself 2 of these bad boys lol to run 17.5 and mod . What's the best motor for those 2 applications ? Money is of no concern and I know this isn't the proper place to ask this question but as I'm running xray I wanted to ask here sorry .

I know it should be something super obvious, but this is my first kit with carbon chases (first XRAY and first Touring as well). So, do I need to apply CA glue to sides of chases as XRAY T4 manual suggests? Edges look super nice as are from kit and I'm kind of a bit afraid I will mess it all up

I normally just do the main chassis. Never felt the need (nor have the patience 
) to do the top deck and shock towers. Does look nicer though!

Never sealed the edges of my B44, which is far harder on the chassis and parts because of the dirt and offroad jumps. Yet I never had any problems there running the car at least once a week for 2-3 years.
The quality of the carbon chassis now a days, especially from Xray, is just so good that gluing the edges is just not needed.
