Loose Rear need tuning tips

any help and tips would be great
my car seems to be real loose in the rear, its set at 1.5 toe in
-1 camber, 45 wgt shock oil
my main question is, should i try stronger springs, softer?
more toe...

Lossen up the rear diff they come built a little tight
