Werks GT 5 Port Faster than High End Novarossi

Say what? I heard talk at the track here in Los Angeles that the newer Werks GT 5 Port .21 is out performing the higher end $400-500 7 and 9 Port Novarossi .21 Engine Mito etc. How is this possible....
