Well I used the gloss black backer and it darkened the chrome down quite a lot. It looks OK though. I think I might use faskolor silver next time to brighten it up.

Good, I might have some fun sniffing the paint as well. :lol: I wish fascolor made a chrome. I find it much easier to clean the airbrush with acrylic.

Thanks for your replies. I was in fact using Spastix first and as RC Tech was down I went ahead and used the Fascolor anyway. It seems to have worked well, no problems.

Just wondering if it is OK to use these different types of paint on the same body or will there be a reaction with the two different bases.
