They have to say no until the official press release date. If not who would buy something if they knew a new version would be available within a few months. Or the opposite, like the wifi app. It's been talked about for almost a year and a half, and all we are hearing is "soon."

I'm about to jump off the iPhone wagon. Tried for a year and still hair don't like it. Going back to android, but I can't find the Hobbywing app on the google play store?
Also this a screenshot of the app on my iPhone. This is from the justock v1 profile page. I'm wondering why the justock profile shows and allows timing adjustments. I'm hoping this is not available when the app reads the 508/509 firmware and these are just there for demo purposes.

Just installed my XR10, downloaded V1 5.09 firmware and it still has a big delay when I pull the throttle. It goes then it speed up like it hits another level. The car is very slow also. It's been calibrated correctly and we can't figure it out. Any help is great.

Sounds like a sensor cable issue
Run the esc with no sensor cable plugged in if it still does the same thing then i guarantee you it is a calibration issue .

I have a blue 1s 2.1 esc in a 12th scale and just put a new 3.1 stock spec in the touring car. And also have the newer multifunction program box. What firmware version should I have on the programming box for it to work on both escs.
Thanks guys. I re calibrated it and still did the same thing. Set it doesn't for about 10 minutes put a battery back in and worked fine after that. Must have been the calibration or something.

I have a 3.1 1s that may have thermaled this weekend (1/12th axle bearing seized). The ESC was blinking green when switched back on, normally in blinky flashes red. I did find that had I to widen the neutral point to 8 percent for the ESC to flash blinky again.
So, I go to re-calibrate the ESC and it just beeps and flashes red. I try to shut it off and the light goes out, but the receiver still has power and I have to unplug the battery.
I have reset the ESC, set it to another profile and it still will not go into calibrate mode.
It does seem to be working fine. Is the ESC damaged? Or is there some way to get the calibration function working again?

thought i would try here since HW support is M-F. tried searching this forum but couldnt find anything.
I just got this xerun 3.1 esc, and it works without issue. BUT one issue I am having is if I happen to turn the ESC on before the radio, or visa versa, whereas I turn the radio off BEFORE i switch off the ESC, the ESC flips out, blinks red/green over and over and cycles the motor high /med throttle at a rapid pace
i am worried that if for some reason i have an issue with my radio while the ESC is on, it'll be a runaway.
