You need to pop in a receiver and spray some paint ! Body is cut and mounted but needs paint . You will also need pinions in the 45 to 50 range .

We should have a big club/warmup race on Saturday. A lot of people coming in from out of town .

Regular classes and TCS trim cars on Saturday and full TCS race on Sunday .

Hey Joe , You should be asking what tires to run Sat. in the air conditioning on your touring car!!??!!

For 1/12 scale , Pink rear and Black fronts is a good start!

I do have the manual, but i didnt build the car, got it used. Being new to mini, well the drawings arent computing for me. I think i may just leave it the way it is even though everything i've seen says its easier for a n00b to drive lwb with the lwb body i have.

Perhaps I'll bring both bodies on Saturday and see if there are any mini experts there to assist,

I had a great time tonight, racing 1/12 was a blast. Thanks Rod, Ray, Randy, Ricky, and 'The Godfather' for helping me out tonight. I can't wait for more 1/12 and F1 action this Saturday.

Ray has it right. 10am on Sat. And 9am on Sun. We run 3 qualifiers and a main both days.

Wow! That was big fun running 1/12th last night. It's cool that several of the guys were so close on the lap times, with a few dipping into the 9 second bracket. It seems now to be a contest of who can make the fewest errors and who can find a setup that stays consistant for the whole 8minutes. One more thing.......when I got home last night I realized that a neckbone had come loose from my car and apparently it must have fallen out on the track towards the end of the main. Hopefully someone else will pick it up and can make good use of it. Whoever it is that finds the neckbone, you are welcome to keep it. Like most everything else for the 1/12th scale cars, I've got plenty of spares.

It'll be nice to have 2 full heats. This way I can take my place in the B main . I just looked over Thursday's results and realized how far off pace I was. Hopefully I'll do a little better this Saturday, if I can driver a little cleaner I may be able to turn in 40+ laps.
