tallyrc,
If I could get my carbon supplier to come thru with some material in the next few days, we could still get that wide chassis in your hands by the 9th.

Tallyrc - I sent some Fiberglass for the first cutting on the Killer Korally chassis, so as DP said, I beleive he will cut your parts out of the graphite first and our stuff later. He can wait until the Korally is done before starting the Korally Killer, as I have been working on this for 6 months and FB/FX only got this idea in the last few months!!!

So which of the above mentioned studs need blocking? I can very easily spin in front of him. I do remember last season Craig ran me over when I was ahead and took off.

I need to stay away from the clan and Dinger

I finally got a new spur for my 10L and I didn't realize it would be so huge. It's an 87t spur (48pitch) and the only pinion I have that will fit is a 14t pinion (might be able to a 16 but haven't tried yet) but for a very old stock motor is this alright? Also will this be alright when I get a 13.5? If not should I just get a different spur? I attached a pic, kind of blury though.

I can fit a 16T pinion on a 90 tooth spur (48 pitch), but I had to cut the excess thread off one of the T bar screws, and bevel the edge of the T bar itself where it meets the motor. 16/90 seems to work well on a very tight indoor carpet course and the motor does not get very hot. I'm also running foam tires I cut down a bit in diameter. I smoked a stock motor running 19/90 on a larger carpet track. Mind you this is just me having some fun, and I'm not a competitive racer in 1/10 pan car yet, so wait for the answers from the real gurus. I'm pretty sure that with a 13.5, which is what I will be installing next, the 90 spur is way too big to fit an appropriate sized pinion.

What old stock motor are you using? For a P2K you need 17-19t pinions to use with a 87t spur. I would get a 84p which is better suited and you will be able to have a better range pinions without maxing out motor adjustment on the motor plate.

No when I say old I mean really old, probably as old or older then the 10L itself. It's a Race Prep of some kind with a sealed enball. It's the only stock motor I have... It surprisingly runs fine though. I found I can actually fit a 16t but not an 18 and I don't have a 17 to try. The next time I get to go to the track I will get a 84 spur then I guess.

FWIW, you should be able to get as high as 20-21 with an 84 spur on there but unless your motor runs worse than a Mabuchi, you shouldn't have to...

You do need to make sure you have the "mini-nuts" - the small gold ones, on the T-bar though.

It's stronger then a Mabuchi so I should be alright.

Where can I get the "mini nuts" because that is what the motor is hitting first (which I'm sure you know)?

FYI for the GTP crowd…

Stormer now carries the Mcallister body line.

For 235mm cars:
The Jag.
The Nissan

For the 190/200mm racers.

They also appear to be hording the remaining AE Nissans. For those wondering, the AE Nissan produces a ton of downforce - great for slick tracks.
