In my climate, it was a bit more fickle to tune with. It always ran hot for me. Compared to Trinity or Blue Thunder, Byron’s ran on average 40 degrees hotter on the average summer day. The Byron’s I used was 11% oil and the other two were 12% oil.

I would run Byrons over Trinty, VP or Blue Thunder. Unfortunately VP is the only fuel locally available.

I won’t use commercial fuel anymore. The fuel I mix myself is tailored to my needs and it suits those needs better than any commercial fuel I’ve used. By a significant enough margin to make it worth sourcing the components and mixing apparatus.

I am in your climate, had great luck with Byron's, Blue Thunder, Sidewinder and am now running Bone's Brew. I don't know you but come to one of the MNRC races, I will give your fuel a shot.
