Yes I realize new tires make a better slick, but for just club racing I'm not flushing money down the toilet! If it was a showdown race or something I would do it.

Just buy the Panther slicks. No need to grind down tires.

just becuase track is very abrasive. right now.
and they work REALLY GOOD!

Will the gold barcode tires still work fine?

How long do you guys think the track will favor the slick tires?

Yes, everyone is still running gold barcodes. The track is so abrasive right now that it will turn a new set of barcodes into slicks within a few runs. So everyone is just running on bald barcodes.

Got word a few days ago .....

Scott has passed .
He raced with his son Jake for many years at Trcr .

They recently moved to AZ ...


My condolences to Scott's family & his son Jake ...

I was there on monday and i was running some bald losi bk bars and they were hooking up great! much better than the barcodes that day.
