Theyre good Joe, definately an increase in power from the GS15R, I know a guy that ran one in his Toothless Tiger and the thing hammered. Good value for money all round, slightly less tuneable than say a novarossi but dont let that deter you.
The other plus is that all your exhaust and gear will fit on allthough you will have to alter your linkages (let me know as I can give you some diagrams)

I'm going to get the top 1 for $86.27 -$10 plus ship will be around $82.00. Is the FD049 will fit on that Pilot Shaft?
thanks Squizz. You always there when we needed help.

OK as far as I can work out......you could probably fit a centax however the following problems must be overcome

1) If you were to use the V-one-rr type centax you would also have to use the v-one-rr two speed. the v-one-r has the middle belt on the left side thus you would have to fabricate a way of attaching a pulley to the right hand side of the shaft...It could be done relatively easily if you had access to a lathe.
The big problem is that most centax type clutches are set-up for two-speeds and finding one that will mesh with the v-one-s spur gears would be damn hard!

2) the biggest point is the money you would pay for an sg shaft engine, centax and related parts would be nearly as much as selling the v-one-s and upgrading to a v-one-rr!

Hope that is of some help.

I will in the next couple of days measure everything up and let you all know if it is definately possible.....Its been a while since I spent money on my v-one-s
