Did you take the two speed transmission out of the car? if you did there is a chance you put it back in the wrong way, make sure the smaller spur gear is towards the back of the car

the dogbone for the rear drives is bigger then the dogbone for the front drives, you got them backwards, take the rear drive out and try it it should fit perfectly. they dont look that much bigger but they are.
