Some allumunium servo horn ( ofna style ) use plastic adaptor. Plastic adaptor for futaba, jr, ko propo, etc. The problem is the plastic adaptor. Overtime it will get some play. I settled it with epoxy glue in my case.

servo horn
Racers edge makes a real nice aluminum servo horn that clamps onto the servo with two bolts. They make them for all different servos. They also come in all different colors if your into that

yes montonica there are alot of theroys i guess cause i have ocd i didnt stop till i got the car stright mine was the servo didnt stop adjusting i tried new horn everything only fix is to counter act it with the toe trim dont matter bout the track, if it was bad like mine then just leaving pit lane the car wants to go into the wall, so either change servos or do like i did...

MRX-5 Parts
J&S Racing has a side belt tensioner.the first batch will be avaliable next week from Brooklyn hobbies. Also with the low CG of the MRX-5 gas tank we came up with a slick little handle that mounts on the tank handle.Next all you I-Phone users, this is a devise that screws right on to the MRX spindle and with your I-Phone you can check camber and caster at the same time.On the bottom of the devise is a half moon piece that simulates a 67 MM tire. When you compress the suspension you can watch your camber and caster gain.Dan Louis came up with this Idea and I am working on these tools for other 1/8th scale cars.Attachment 699972

Nice work, that’s pretty interesting tool and parts. I like that you can see caster gain and the device can be used on either side for setting perfect camber. I want one and I would even like it for kicks and giggles...even if some racer thinks it’s an over kill device. It looks like it would work more acurate than any tool out there right now...Nice work John. ……

I don't get it. The MRX-5 middle belt is way too long. Why not think about to get the right length of belt instead of getting a double belt tensioner. RC-Mushroom has already selling the right belt for MRX-5 at http://www.rc-mushroom.com/product_i...ducts_id=15962 I installed it and the tensioner set to the most top level. The original belt is useless now.

Has anyone tried flipping the tensioner and cutting just a bit the radio tray and also flipping the tensioner screw stopper i bet it will help some mm to the tension we did similar on the mtx4

one less part I need to make.I had alot of people looking for a fix for this long belt issue.I kinda figured Mugen or an aftermarket company would come through. Now I can work on other stuff.
