Just read ts on the Novarossi site :
Decisions taken and published by Serpent MCR Holland on internet are not our business. Novarossi will no longer supply Serpent with engines and we will act in such a way so that Serpent can no longer use our spare parts. Novarossi is free to sell its own engines only to those companies which can prove to have structures and means consistent with its engines.

I guess it is a good move from Serpent.
I believe more will leave Novarossi. It is as an impact after Novarossi decided to porting (NSR S3) their bone-stock and open up wide timing (RR12) on their " bone stock" engine.
"Brave" move from novarossi but they make engine tuner looks bad. Which is not good especially when those engine is connected to particular car kit brand.

I'd take whatever engine as long as it is on a Serpent Kit.

It's very funny when all people used to think Picco are not comparable in performance and quality to Novarossi but when Serpent comes in, everyone are changing opinion and say that Picco are the best now! Wow...
It's also like "705 is a disaster, they should be ashamed to produce that car". Just wait for the people using that sentence again but now started with 710 is... bla bla bla
Just my 2 rupiah
