The graphite top deck is lighter. weight saving

Alloy pulley, I go back to plastic ones

I am using the low CG fuel tank but why you need to pay for extra US$50? I can buy at least 2 low CG fuel tank with 50.

One piece engine mount will give extra temp to the engine too.

The V1RR stock threaded shock works great.

I would prefer kawahara chassis stiffener.

Why you dont get a V1R or V1RR and get some hop up on it? at least you dont need to replace all stock plastic with kyosho parts on the replica.

$50 AUD, not $50 USD....

Lighter yeah not alot lighter, otherwise its pointless unless you want to pay $70 AUD to lose a few grams....

I think the Reflex is inferior, Reflex owners have been using kyosho parts on them, why not just get the V1RR in the first place and get the centax? Only the Team kit has the centax...

I agree with everything you said, alloy pulleys, chassis stiffener, engine mount....all they did was get the V1R and bolt on a couple of overpriced K-Factory parts and slap on the 'ol Trinity label and they call it a build and win car!

Default Why "I" bought the Reflex

Guys;

(1 year ago) My choice was narrowed down to the V1R and the Reflex. The Reflex was $259 usd and the standard V1R was $289 in the LHS's. What I liked most about the Reflex was the stiff chassis structure that the Graphite "Hop-up" parts provided. Except for some minor issues, I have been completely happy with the Car (I own 4 total).

Just thought I would mention that I got me one of those Rody Modified X12 Turbo 5 ports. This this is one hell of a motor. Fastest thing I have ever seen or driven hands down, which I guess is not that surprising since it is illegal

I was running with a Collari 5 port with the slide opening only 75% of the way and running 100 (celcius) head temps.

US$250 aint too bad at all when you consider that a JP 5 port is around the same money
