After talking to the team guys I actually changed my entire setup before my 2nd run it took 45 mins and my buddy helped me but we got it done. I'll get a setup sheet posted. Thicker sway bars f/r, 2mm shim out on the rear hub to raise the rear camber link, rear camber link all the war down. It was my fastest qual and my fastest lap, I had to tone it down it was a bit aggressive for me.
Hi Frank. Why did you rise your rear roll center so much? Poor on/off power steering or what else? Which differences between mugen and xray springs?
Which problems did you have on that track and how did you solve them?
Thx.

My car was unsettled and very unhappy. I went to the team guys for help and that's what they changed. After the new setup my car was drive able again. I don't really have a why just the team guys had me try it and I was willing. I do know that it worked.

The Mugen springs feel stiffer than the xray. When I took the carbon rear tower off and put the alum tower on the difference is shock mounting usually lowers the rear ride height by a good 5mm. But with the Mugen springs the ride height stayed the same with the rear tower change. I will get my final setup posted, but it's 90% Kurt Kellum

Towards the end another truck hit the jump wrong and flew into the oncoming lane on the back straight, Cavalieri was there and his truck didn't survive. I don't know who it was but it was toward the end.

Ryan said going into the race the mileage from his Orion engine was ‘questionable’ but leaning it out ‘quite a bit’ he ‘throttle drove it’ allowing him to run 9-minutes between stops.

Maybe doing well with them requires a driver who knows how to drive the equipment they are using. but long term will tell more...
