Thanks for the advice aaron ill pick up a set just to have handy at the shootout. You may not know but do you know what happend to the losi hauler bags i called up horizon and they said they pulled the plug on them...for what reason i dont know i really want one though...

John - At the Shootout, the only tire you will need are Taper Pins (unless it rains). King Pins and Holeshots work at HRH when they water the track.

I didn't hear anything about the hauler bags, so I don't know why they would stop producing them. I use Trinity's big ones.

I don't think so. I think his dad (Louis) said they weren't going to run gas until the Kyosho Challenge in Missouri, but he may come to RC Pro to warm up.

The Drake will be there, as well as myself (haha). Tebo MIGHT be there, but don't hold me to that one. I also believe Richard Saxton is running the two West races in CA.

I think Chad Bradley and a few other 1/8th scale racers will be at both Hemet and KZ.

Aaron what do you use for your battery plug ends, I have been using the small micro deans, and the either come un plug or un soderied, what do you recomend, for gas truck

Yes! Support your local hobby store..they're the ones that run the tracks you race at. Without your LHS, you have no track!

That said..I've never bought anything online, so I don't know.

My electrical system in my gas trucks are pretty simple. I use a Novak switch bolted to the top of the post on the top brace just ahead of the receiver box. The wire runs down the top brace and across the tranny brace (zip-tied to the backside, away from the spur gear) and then around the shock tower.

I take my receiver packs apart when I get them and use real battery bars, which are much tougher than the stock ones. I use regular Deans wire to make a short pig tail that sticks out of the top of the battery box right next to the shock tower, and a full-size Deans plug that I use to charge the pack.

Does the size diameter of the whole matter. I just recently got some new fuel line and noticed the whole is much bigger, still fits, but wondering if this will use more gas, and will it have any effect on the pressure line to the pipe, other then staying in the whole better.
