Casper - Anything will sound simple to a rocket scientist!
smitty - Haha. I've been racing every weekend for like the past 8-10 weekends straight, that's where I've been!
It'll be nice to have a Saturday and Sunday at HOME!
tex - I'm not sure a few mid-pack and B-main finishes amount to kicking anything, but I do appreciate it! This year has gone very well so far but there's still several big events at which I'd really like to have a good showing, so I'm not ready to call this year "my best yet" until it's over.

Off topic question. In any thread, how would someone get to page 100 out of 200 without clicking the little arrow button for ten minutes? Trying to read these threads is hard when I have to click, click, click all the way to the last page I read. Please help.
On topic question. What length of lifespan should I expect out of the KHZ 7075 clutch shoes for the 8? I clean them after each weekend and I have put close to 4 gallons through my current ones. I've found that I need to file the shoes about every 3rd weekend when running Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. So I guess that would be 9 races. That seems pretty good to me. I'm trying to decide when I should be replacing them?
thanx
Chris

Just edit that to jump to the page you want
for example:
http://www.rctech.net/forum/showthre...5&page=9&pp=30
Edit: you're going to have to click on any page to get the URL to appear like it iis above then you cant edit the URL

Smitty - That was a brand-specific question, what kind of answer did you expect? HAHA!
air8 - Just like d4man said. I don't think there's an option built into the forum to do what you're asking, but replacing the page number in the URL works just fine.
I haven't run anything other than the Losi shoes, but your maintenance schedule is perfect. Check how much the shoes have worn every time you tear it apart to clean it, and look at how thick the shoes are compared to brand new ones. You can gauge when you'll need to replace them based off that.
d4man - I typed out this complicated answer..and then saw you had answered, haha. Thanks.
Jon - Or a clutch/car that accelerates!
C'mon, you set yourself up for that one.

I knew that was coming. I would have thought you were loosing your touch if you didn't say something. And believe me, it's crossed my mind. I just don't want to jump into a new car without driving one a handful of times to know I'm going to like it. Donny and I keep saying we're going to trade cars for practice some time but we're always too rushed.
