It seems like you've tried everything so far.... It might not be a setup issue, but rather a wheel bearing catching and messing everything up, or a binding CVD, body rubbing Tires, etc....

ur tires are all glued to the rims and not peeling off?
ur dual rate is not too excessive?
ur not saucing with something too greasy?

They are essentially the same servo (9551 vs 9550), and both are a solid choice. The 9551 is the newer model, so I'd lean towards choosing that one. What servo are you using now?

The servos mentioned would be a huge improvement over what you're using now. The HS625 isn't even a digital servo, which I'd consider the first requirement in making a choice. Futaba's 9551 would be an excellent pick.

Looks like you can't get a 9550 anymore the 9551 is a little slower 0.11 is that ok I don't mind spending a few extra $ to get the next step up and what would that be there are lots of deferent servos with better rating is there a brand I need to avoid or are they all good?

What about the BLS551 ??? I know it's expensive, but at least it's brushless: lots of torque with no fade.....

i can see here part of your problem lies...
#1: it looks like you have 1000 t gear diff oil. I never go belo 1500, I use mostly 2000 t.
#2: The first thing I would get is the 3 notch camber link plates. They are a different size than the 4 notch stock camber link plates, and really help the car.
#3: your rear camber link has 2 mm spacers under the ball. go to 2.5 mm spacers under the ball link. That alone will give you more rear traction.
#4: I would try using 400 wt oil in the rear.
#5: Try a blu 15lb spring in the rear.
#6: Probally your biggest problem is the droop. You have 4mm droop on the front and rear. Try 1 to 1.5 mm more droop under the front end then the rear end. You need the car to shift from front to back. The droop makes this happen.
Try those out, and get back to us.

you're running 50% rebound.
that is way too much...let the spring do the work.
I never run more than 10%, most of the time as close to zero as possible.
try the softest shocks first then work up.
also, as someone mentioned make sure the arms are falling under it's own weight...can easily bind if not placed on correctly.
Lot's of people trying to help ya...very nice to see....
My Mi5 has been very good since day one...run stock and mod...always had too much traction.
