Default High speed Shaft driven Chassis?

I'm interested in putting together a bit of a land rocket for fun.
I've got a Novak 4.5t 550 motor and esc just sitting here, and I figured why not build a supercar? I have a Sprint 2 chassis that I could slap this into, but I think I might just get a chassis that is better suited for high speed.

I want to drive a 1/10 bugatti. I have all the electronics, just need some suggestions on Chassis worth looking at.

I would've thought you'd be best with a 2wd pan chassis type car with an lmp body shell. That'll give you the least drag and drivetrain resistance for maximum speed.

Tamiya tb series might be worth looking at. They are cheap as well, so thats a plus. For true speed on normal surfases like road asphalt a ⅛ would be a much better choice.

Damn in after bert. but for once i will agree tc4 for the win. However id look into capped foams. Ive shredded regular rubber tires above 60 and started chunking foams above 75

Here is a link for a company that does/can make touring car capped tires. They primarily make capped tires for pan cars.

I've never ran a capped tire, don't think they are needed for speed runs. I have ran reg foams well over 100 .

Nitro touring Car Foam Tires are the best for high speeds: hot race Tires, GQ Tires, etc......, 30mm rears and 26mm fronts....
