Just starting to get to grips with the pivot blocks and what they do. I run stock and I’ve always had a 3 block in the back. Are you suggesting that I would be better off going lower than this? What effect would this have on the car?

I've always run a one-way on carpet and rubbers with the Cyclone on a tight and technical track, it's very good. A team driver came to my club last meeting and struggled badly with a spool up front and unfortunately he didn't bring his one-way.
As for CVD's I don't think there is much need for upgraded ones on the rear, for me it's just the front ones which seem to bend and then eventually shear off if they are bad enough

stock cyclone pistons are 3x1.1
stock hara pistons are 2x1.2
yes 3 deg block is usually used in mod. you can usually run less if you arent running mod. more rear toe basically is more rear stability and more drag on straightaways.
oneway is even more important on smaller tracks over spool. spool can compete with oneway on larger tracks because you have more momentum to use to overcome the inherent understeer in the first half of the corner. the tricky part is that oneway's are hard to use for small tracks because there is a lost of accel/decel.
also you have to remember that spools only came out with the banning of one-ways at major races. if you really want to use a spool put it in the back !!!!

for time attack.

my kit came with 2 holes pistons allround, not sure if its 1.1 or 1.2 mm. 
Whats the main difference in cornering with running a front diff with a center oneway?
Has anyone notice hara set up sheets only showing 4 holes for the rear shock towers but the kit actually comes with 5?
Can someone also clarify the following:
Raising the lower pivot blocks = less roll
Raising the camber link = more roll
